Pricing
Priced per organisation, not per seat.
How this differs from per-seat pricing
Most business email services charge per user: a ten-person company pays twice what a five-person company pays, whether they use it or not. vne.email charges per organisation. You buy one pooled storage allowance and split it across as many mailboxes as the plan allows. Hiring more people does not change your monthly invoice.
What "pooled storage" means
The plan's storage is one shared pool for the whole organisation, not a fixed slice per person. A director storing years of mail and attachments and a new intern storing a few hundred KB both draw from the same pool. You don't have to guess who needs how much, or buy headroom for people who barely use it. If you run out mid-cycle you can buy extra storage in blocks from the Billing page, charged only for the time remaining, without changing plan.
What every plan includes
Every plan, the free one included, comes with mailboxes on your domain, messaging, Connect, calendar, Drive, Office, customer records and invoices. What differs is storage, mailbox count, domain count, send rate — and the AI assistant allowance: 10 runs a week on Free, real use on paid plans, on the same invoice.
Changing plans, stopping, taking your data with you
Change plan at any time on the Billing page; the difference is prorated against the time remaining. If you want to stop, you stop — you can export all mail as standard MBOX/EML and your Drive files, and move to another provider. The data is yours; there is no "contact us to be released" step. Paid plans are fully refundable within the first 14 days if it isn't a fit.
Invoices and payment
Pay by bank transfer or by scanning a VietQR code. Every payment generates a PDF receipt you can download from the Billing page; if you need a VAT invoice, fill in your invoicing details under Billing, or message support.
Does the free plan expire after a trial?
There is no trial period to run out — Free is a real plan, it lasts indefinitely, and it needs no credit card. It is limited on storage, mailbox count, send rate, and 10 AI assistant runs a week. When you run out of room or AI runs, you upgrade — one invoice, no separate AI product to buy.
