Type of abuse

This opens your mail app with a pre-filled message to abuse@vne.email.

How we handle reports

  • Every report sent to abuse@vne.email is reviewed by the on-call person within 24 hours.
  • Malicious or phishing content is removed and its links disabled as soon as it is confirmed; files are quarantined and rescanned.
  • Accounts that breach the Acceptable Use Policy are suspended or terminated under section 4 of the Terms of Service.
  • We reply to the reporter (if an email was left) and cooperate with authorities on valid legal requests.
