A small, independent team. The door is domain email for Vietnamese businesses; the workspace is already in the same place; the AI assistant is for real as the company grows.

Why build vne.email?

For years, Vietnamese businesses had to choose between two extremes:

Google Workspace / Microsoft 365: consistent quality, but high prices in VND terms, complicated international invoicing, servers outside Vietnam, and support through automated phone trees.
Local email hosting: good prices, but dated webmail interfaces, missing proper DKIM/DMARC, high Gmail spam rates, and little attention to the experience.

vne.email was built from scratch to take the best of both: a modern UX, international-grade deliverability, prices that fit the Vietnamese market, and most importantly — a support team in your own time zone.

Philosophy

Self-hosted, no third-party dependence

We run the entire stack ourselves — MTA (Postfix), IMAP (Dovecot), anti-spam (Rspamd), webmail, portal, API. No reseller, no SendGrid/Mailgun. When we need to investigate a slow or spam-foldered message, we can read the logs directly.

Data in-country

Servers run in the FPT data centre, in-country. Compliant with Decrees 53/2022 and 356/2025. Offsite backups are encrypted with our own keys. No one outside the ops team can read them.

The team

vne.email is operated by TRIPLES TRADING AND SERVICE CO., LTD (tax ID 0316579552) — a small team in Vietnam. We believe most Vietnamese businesses need a better product more than a big brand. When you contact support, the person who replies is the one who wrote that part of the system.
